Full-Stack Developer - Applied Generative AI

Join our team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-based capabilities that help SMBs focus on their core business. As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll create customer-facing features while also building robust tools and core functionalities, enabling our teams and our platform to integrate AI-driven features effectively.

• Architect and implement consumer-facing AI-powered features using Vue.js, Node.js and Typescript
• Identify and implement creative approaches to overcome existing large language model (LLM) blind spots and weaknesses.
• Develop scalable AI solutions that empower other teams and enhance overall business capabilities
• Enhance our data infrastructure, including tools like Snowflake and Looker, to support data-driven products, including data pipelines and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy impactful features that advance business solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on AI/ML technologies and practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field 
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, using technologies such as React, Vue.js, Node.js and Typescript.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives that enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred (Not Required) Bonus Experience:

• Experience in integrating AI-powered solutions or working with large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods and vector databases.
